Corona: You should get vaccinated

One and a half years after the start of the discussion about a general vaccination requirement, it is almost done: soon the matter will be called off due to intellectual exhaustion.

The command formulated in the title of this column was not carried down by the Watzmann or the Brocken;

it is not of superhuman origin, but a culmination of common sense, which, as study of fauna teaches us, is sufficiently pervasive among nonhuman life forms that members of certain species take or are exposed to substances with programmed regularity , which is useful not only to their subjective identity but to the whole species.

This metaphorical appeal to the genetically engineered intelligence of the animal in us is far-fetched, I have to admit. But in these times - to use a media-wide specification of that place in the cosmos where the world is at the moment - the most outlandish arguments are just good enough.

Dear readers, I have considered whether I should devote this text to the topic with which the »Süddeutsche Zeitung« opened on page 1 on January 15, 2022: »A war is becoming more and more likely«. As you will hopefully know by the time this article is published, this does not mean a war in Yemen, Congo, Syria or Korea, but one in Europe, between the so-called giant empire of the East and an outpost of our own golden West. One of Minister Lambrecht's predecessors already knew that Germany's gas will also be defended in Kharkov.

But always one war after the other!

The Federal Republic is known to be extremely sensitive, characterized by pre-traumatization and therefore quickly overwhelmed in terms of empathy and sensitivity.

So first of all we have to defeat the booster or the virologist spawn or the Chinese bat using the booster.

Luckily, being German has always meant: being thorough (Prussia), being extremely intelligent (Saxony), being committed to the whole (Bavaria).

How compulsory vaccination divides the country and the government: A quantum of fear

This meant that in spring 2020 the number of domestic virologists increased enormously within a few months, since the beginning of 2021 it has shifted to psychotherapy and today, at the beginning of 2022, has arrived in constitutional law, as is well known, the home of "Karlsruhe", where the German is extremely well versed, even wg.

the ubiquitous violation of the equality obligation under Art. 3 GG.

duties

compulsory vaccination! General, special, from 18, from 60, from the preliminary medical examination, in general, for teachers, dental assistants, ministers and tennis players. Or not? Or different? The so-called compulsory vaccination has been discussed for about 140 years, »myops« has just published a nice little quote from 1881 in No. 44 (p. 80), in which an author who is not worth mentioning exposes the general compulsory vaccination as a sign of a Jewish world conspiracy . And all without nano chips!

Learning from Austria means learning vaccinations. Anyone who doesn't believe that should take a look at the Austrian tuberculosis law of 1968. Very successful! In the Bundeswehr (remember: compulsory military service!), vaccinations are compulsory, and long-distance travelers who long for empathy, like Doctors Without Borders or Businesswomen, tend to take precautions against typhus, typhus and soon also against malaria. In Ebola outbreak areas, the number of so-called skeptics has usually lagged behind that of those calling for vaccination, and here in Germany the bodies of three-year-old children are sprayed with measles vaccine for the daycare adventure. Rubella vaccination, a severely anti-feminist assault, is acknowledged to primarily serve beings that have not even been conceived;nevertheless, we do not know of any mass gatherings of rubella-infected pregnant skeptics.

Russian saber-rattling: conscription instead of compulsory vaccination? A column by Nikolaus Blome

Of course, as you will certainly be taught, everything is completely different, just as every day of life is something different and every influenza and every death from suffocation is a very individual one.

Maybe, we hear, vaccination doesn't help everyone avoid a serious illness, or not for very long, or maybe it all just passes like that.

And maybe the police can't punish everyone who doesn't comply with the obligation, which is subject to a fine, and then the rule of law collapses, as it has for decades with the non-punishment of the millions of red light ignorant drivers and wrong-way drivers and tax evaders!

So if the state cannot guarantee that all non-vaccinators will be caught by the booster police, scanned into the general booster register and stabbed in the upper arm using simple physical force, then the whole thing is definitely terribly unconstitutional in the end. Therefore, on January 15, the two risk analysts Bubrowski and Grunert explained to us in detail in the "Zeitung für Deutschland" that there are

reasons on the

one hand , but also points of view on the

other

, so that the matter is actually clear and as always from the perspective of the FAZ: woe, woe!

And then, five years from today, Karlsruhe tells us that things should have been done differently, but on the other hand they couldn't be done so quickly, which is why the legislature is obliged to impose an entry ban for Chinese bats within three years.

Until then, let's see what we do with the swine fever, which is guaranteed to be totally harmless to humans, just like the chicken, dog, cat, horse and sea bream flu.

relationships

A group-specific vaccination requirement is good. A general obligation to vaccinate is better. Contrary to what the Federal President recently announced on television, the associated encroachment on physical integrity is by no means "serious" and vaccination is certainly not a "particularly serious encroachment on freedom". The distinction between the legal interests of "physical integrity" and "freedom" is particularly subtle here anyway: Freedom consists in keeping the body free from a pinprick; the integrity in a penetration of the skin barely detectable to the naked eye, and the intramuscular delivery of a substance that induces highly desirable chemical reactions in the cells of the body that are protective against serious disease. After a few billion uses, everyone knowswho is in their right mind that the number of unintentionally caused damages thereby is extremely small, the extent of the desired protective effect is very high.

On the other hand, it is now said that since immunity of the vaccinated person cannot be reliably achieved and infectivity cannot be ruled out, all the rules that otherwise apply to Covid-19 do not apply. This argument of desperation does not seem to me to be correct either. Let's put it this way: the provisions of building planning and regulatory law force builders to comply with fire protection rules, violating their freedom of design. Architects who imagine their own death in the flames with equanimity, are not afraid for their children and believe that fire protection is bad for the air they breathe or attracts dangerous cosmic rays must also adhere to this. The world of modernity - whose early beginning we date to the middle of the 14th century, the beginning of the first great plague wave in Europe – is brimming with regulations and rules that encroach on the freedoms of the self-determined mammal to protect individuals and communities. Most of them are sanctioned informally, many formally. Anyone who wants to survive to some extent sticks to it and is particularly willing to demand it from everyone else.

Country

I know that for some, such feuilletonistic considerations of such a serious topic as the integrity of bourgeois unvaccination will appear too superficial and constitutionally frivolous.

So be it!

Allegedly, so we heard, the state must be concerned with keeping the number of victims of any catastrophes and threats of fate among its citizens as low as possible.

The fact is that a general obligation to vaccinate will by no means lead to the eradication of the virus and will not even definitely end the pandemic.

What is largely certain, however, is that it will very significantly reduce the number of victims of serious and fatal illnesses, both through direct and indirect effects.

So what's the problem?

The federal government would like, at least roughly or with a certain majority, to introduce a general obligation to vaccinate. But she doesn't want to do anything governmental about it, because on the one hand this would allegedly "divide the country" and on the other hand is a "question of conscience", which is why the impulse of conscience must not come from a ministry but from the MP himself.

Both arguments significantly under-challenge the intelligence of the citizens. If you already try the nonsense of the rare "conscience decision" (if this is one, then why not the one about the changes to the Infection Protection Act? Or the one about the abolition of spouse splitting, the increase in the minimum wage or the change in the law on the election of judges?), would have to to say why the activation of the conscience generator cannot be done by government draft. And the prognosis of a "division of the country" into 95 percent law-followers and 5 percent smart-alecks has so far, as far as can be seen, rarely resulted in a federal government failing to do what is the basic condition of its right to exist, out of sheer fear of a shaky vote: governing.

The method with which the matter is to be brought to an inglorious end is once again: It is essential to finally sound out all the risks of the third step before the first step is started. For example: Do not introduce compulsory vaccination before the data protection officers at all levels have approved the order to set up the vaccination register! Under no circumstances introduce compulsory vaccination for teachers before the Education and Science Union has calculated how many additional posts are to be expected from French teachers due to the vaccination-related ailments!

Most helpful in this surefire way of driving a state insane is a national press, which has educated significant sections of current generations to believe that any contradiction, however remote, is a manifestation of intelligent "questioning," and at the same time endeavoring are to make their own degradation to influencers bearable by imitating activistism. As always out of conviction, this latter lawsuit, which is necessary here, must be provided with the precautionary disclaimer that “the press” does not mean every single journalist today, as is well known in the case of the occasional journalistic lawsuit about “the judiciary « no lawyer in the civil service should feel addressed! And when a journalist writesThat "politics" fails in the Corona frenzy, he says, that goes without saying, always only the politician as an abstract spirit.

Conclusion

The author is in favor of the introduction of a general obligation to vaccinate, subject to a fine, for all people aged 16 or 18 who can be vaccinated, and would be happy to extend it to younger people if it proves useful. He is also for the immediate (!) introduction of a salary supplement of 100 percent for all nursing professions, to be increased to 200 percent if necessary. The freedom friend on the finance minister's chair finances it easily. The expected wave of human rights complaints against the temple administrators in “Karlsruhe” because of the discriminatory non-increase in the wages of driving instructors, opera singers and tax consultants must be able to withstand a state that will soon have to defend the freedom of Ukraine against the fast tank formations from the east with the help of Joe Biden considering what hashtag AnnalenaBaerbock told colleague L.will say clearly in Moscow. But let's be clear!
