Director Joss Whedon denies threatening Gal Gadot: "She did not understand me"
Widon was interviewed and first referred to allegations raised by Gadot that he had threatened her career on the set of "Justice League".
According to him, the actress did not understand him because "English is not her mother tongue."

in the film "Justice League," gave an interview to New York Magazine and first responded to allegations about his conduct toward the actress.
Brian Widon said he did not threaten Gadot's career: "I'm not threatening people. Who does that? I have a tendency to get smart in my way of speaking and she did not understand me."
The director added that the actress wanted to cut scenes she did not like, and he said that in order for that to happen, she would have to tie him to a railroad track because the scenes came down on his dead body.
He said she did not understand him properly and interpreted his remarks as a threat.

Last April, the Hollywood Reporter published an investigation into Widon.
According to witnesses who were on the set of the film, the quarrel between the two began after Gadot was asked to record lines she did not like.
