How to bake your own moist eggnog cake
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat.
Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until you get a thick, fluffy mixture, about ten minutes.
Now gradually stir in the eggnog and the oil.
Sift the flour and mix it with the baking powder.
Gradually stir in the flour and baking powder mixture until a smooth batter forms.
Carefully grease a Bundt cake tin and fill in the batter.
Then bake the eggnog cake on the middle shelf for about 50 to 60 minutes and finally do the
skewer
test to see if the cake is really done.
Allow the eggnog cake to cool briefly in the mold and then turn out onto a cake plate.
Now you can decorate your juicy eggnog cake with icing, which you also mix with some eggnog.
Or you can simply dust some icing sugar on top.
