Anyone who criticizes employees or colleagues should always choose their words carefully.

Words can hit you deep in the heart.

This applies to private relationships as well as at work.

If you put all your energy and time into a project, harsh criticism of the result can quickly demotivate you.

Direct criticism can hurt unnecessarily

A business coach and networking expert knows how successful criticism of colleagues or employees can look like
