A deadly argument broke out in a supermarket in Fürth, the police said.
A customer of the supermarket is said to have mobbed in the store, reports Nordbayern.de.
An employee then asked him to leave the supermarket.
The 55-year-old customer didn't want that, instead he fought with the employee.
The 55-year-old fell and sustained severe head injuries, which he succumbed to on Sunday.
The police are now looking for witnesses.
