only those who are vaccinated or cured of Covid. A forcing that comes with the Regions increasingly pressing to change the anti Covid rules
, starting from the parameters of counting hospital admissions to avoid the passage in the area with more restrictions: Friuli Venezia Giulia, Piedmont and Sicily itself already have orange zone parameters while Abruzzo, Calabria, Lazio, Liguria, Marche, Tuscany and province of Trento are likely to exceed them by Friday. On the other hand, the alarm for the Aosta Valley seems to have returned, which in any case asked for an exemption from the government to avoid ending up in the red zone if intensive care systems were to go up again.
The ordinance signed by the Sicilian governor Nello Musumeci and by that of Calabria Roberto Occhiuto
establish that to pass from Sicily to Calabria it will be enough to have the basic green pass and not the reinforced one,
even if you have to stay in your car or outdoors and wear the Ffp2.
"Let's put an end to an absurd injustice to the detriment of Sicilians - says Musumeci - a discriminatory rule of the government. With the ordinance, territorial continuity is guaranteed and safeguarded". In the next few hours it will be understood whether the government will challenge the two measures, as it has already done with that of Campania which postponed the reopening of schools.
A confrontation between all the governors will take place in the next few hours: the
Conference of Regions
will meet to approve the protocol on sport that has been given the green light by the CTS
but it is clear that the requests made in these days will be on the table: the cancellation of the color system, a revision of the system by which hospital admissions are counted, distinguishing between hospitalized for covid and patients who enter for other reasons and are positive to the virus (some regions have already begun to do so independently, even if it does not affect the data reported in the bulletin), the modification of the quarantine rules. On this front the latest proposal is that of the president of Liguria Giovanni Toti: after 3 days without symptoms, isolation can be ended.
Among the requests of the Regions there would also be that of having positive health workers
remain in service ,
a ploy to remedy the lack of personnel. Request returned to sender by doctors. "It is an irresponsible proposal" says Filippo Anelli of the Fnomceo and adds: "if it were implemented, it would be worthwhile to abolish the obligation to vaccinate". the Dpcm will arrive which identifies those activities "necessary to satisfy the essential and primary needs of the person" which can be accessed without the pass: shops that sell food, including markets and street vendors, pharmacies, parapharmacies, medical and veterinary offices, analysis laboratories, optical shops and to buy pellets or wood for heating. The entire
fuel sector, newsstands and essential goods shops in shopping centers
will also be excluded from the pass .
On the other hand, the pass is mandatory for bookstores and tobacconists.
A choice criticized by the Italian Tobacconist Federation.
"Every day 13 million people enter the tobacconist's shop - underlines the president Giovanni Risso - Everyone remembers that we remained open even during the lockdown, because essential services for citizens, even for payments. Now imposing the green pass would be a further complication for the life of citizens and for the merchants themselves ".
