Actor Gaspar Oliel has died in tragic circumstances, foreign media reported. He recently finished filming for the Marvel movie "Moon Night" alongside Ethan Hawke


French player Gaspar Oliel passed away yesterday (Tuesday) in tragic circumstances, as a result of a ski accident.

He was 37 years old.

Foreign media report that the accident occurred at a surfing site in the Alps and that the investigation of the case is still ongoing.

Last night, with the arrival of initial news about the case, the French media reported that the actor was in a critical condition.

He was rushed to hospital in Grenbol, where he died of his wounds.

According to the police officers in charge in the area, in recent weeks they have had to provide rescue services for about five or six cases a day at the site, with the snow increasing at the site.

Oliel has been known from movies like "Yves Saint Laurent" from 2014, where he played the famous fashion designer.

In addition, the star played the character of the young Hannibal Lecter in the 2007 film "Hannibal: The Source of Evil".

In 2016, Oliel starred in Canadian director Xavier Dolan's film "It's Just the End of the World."

For this role he won the prestigious Cesar Award, the French equivalent of the Oscar.

He recently finished filming for the Marvel "Moon Night" series, alongside Ethan Hawke and Oscar Isaac.

Cesar was in a relationship with model and singer Jella Piatri, and the couple had a six-year-old girl.
