(ANSA) - ROME, JANUARY 19 - Anti-Christian persecution in the world is growing globally and Afghanistan ranks first for discrimination (after 20 years North Korea is falling to second, even if in the same country the persecution increases).
Over 360 million Christians experience a high level of persecution and discrimination in the world (1 in 7 Christians).
On the other hand, Christians killed for reasons linked to their faith rise to 5,898.
These are the main data released by 'Open Doors' which are presented in Rome to the Chamber of Deputies.
