Czech folk singer Hanna Horka passed away this week after being intentionally infected with the corona virus, according to her son.
The 57-year-old musician was careful not to get vaccinated and posted a message on social media saying she was recovering and recovering after being found positive for Corona, but died just two days after the post was published.

The late singer acted as part of the Asunance ensemble, one of the oldest folk bands in the Czech Republic.
Her son said that she wanted to be infected with the virus so that her freedom of movement would not be restricted.
Last Sunday morning, the day she passed away, Horka told her family that she felt better and even got dressed to go for a walk.
At one point she began to experience back pain and went to bed to rest in her room.
"In ten minutes it's all over," the son said.
"She suffocated to death."
Though not vaccinated, Jan only stressed that his mother did not believe in the conspiracy theories surrounding the corona vaccine.
"According to her approach, it would have been better for her to be infected with the virus than to get vaccinated. She did not (believe) that the vaccine would inject you with a chip or something," he said.
He further said that there was no point in convincing her, as his mother was upset when the issue came up, and that he hoped the story would persuade others to get vaccinated.
