(ANSA) - NEW YORK, JAN 20 - The Chinese group Dongfeng offers 35 million Stellantis shares on the market, equal to 1.1% of the group's capital, for a value of approximately 665 million euros.
The news, reported by the Bloomberg agency, sparked sales on the stock in New York, where Stellantis shares are down by more than 3%.
DMHK is the fourth shareholder of the automotive group and after the offer, through BNP Paribas, it will retain a 3.3% stake in Stellantis' capital.
