Damascus University announces the names of those accepted by the announcement of faculty members

Today, Damascus University announced the names of those accepted by the announcement of its faculty members, and the dates of interviews for examining applicants are set.

According to the university announcement, which SANA received a copy of, the interview will be examined for those accepted to apply to the Higher Institute of Translation and Interpretation, the Third and Fourth College of Arts, and the Second, Third and Fourth Colleges of Education on Sunday, January 30th, from 9 am to 1 pm.

The university clarified in its announcement that on Monday, January 31, from 11 am to 3 pm, interviews for applicants for the faculties of Civil, Architectural, Informatics, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechanical and Electrical II and the Higher Institute for Research and Seismic Studies will be held, while the interview examination dates for the faculties of human, veterinary, dental and pharmacy The sciences, and the second, third and fourth science colleges will be on Tuesday, February 1, from 11 am to 3 pm.

The announcement pointed out that the interview examination for the second, third and fourth faculties of economics, tourism, the Higher Institute of Regional Planning and the Higher Institute for Administrative Development will take place on Thursday, the 3rd of next February, from 9 am to 1 pm, while for those admitted to the Faculties of Law, Second and Third Law, Sharia, Political Science, Second Agriculture and Fine Arts The second interview examination will take place on Sunday, February 6, from 9 am to 1 pm.

On July 26, 2020, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced its need to appoint qualified “Syrians and the like” who hold a doctorate degree or the scientific qualification required for appointment to the faculty membership in “Damascus, Aleppo, Tishreen, Baath, Euphrates, Hama and Tartous” universities and the “national” institutes for the General Administration and the Higher for Population Studies and Research, and the Higher for Business Administration.
