After a first three-week warm-up round, the Minister of Labor, Élisabeth Borne, indicated to the social partners on Wednesday evening, by videoconference, her wish to extend the obligation providing for three minimum days of weekly telework for the next two weeks.

With more than 300,000 daily contaminations, the government considers it wiser to renew the device.

“The health situation, even if it seems to be heading towards a plateau, does not seem, to date, to allow an immediate lifting or relaxation of measures in terms of telework”,

indicated the minister to employers’ organizations and trade unions.
