Thus the Undersecretary for Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies, Gian Marco Centinaio, announces the unanimous approval by Mipaaf of the candidacy for Unesco's intangible heritage of humanity of "Italian espresso coffee between culture, ritual, sociality and literature in emblematic communities from Venice to Naples".
"We are very pleased to have arrived at a unified candidacy" he comments.
