Adele postponed her tour of Las Vegas less than a day before it started, and announced it today (Friday) on her Instagram account to fans as she bursts into tears.
"I'm so sorry, but my show is not ready," she told fans.
"Half of my team has a corona and we can not complete the preparations."
She was scheduled to come up with the first show out of 24 in Las Vegas as early as tomorrow, and some fans have already flown specially and paid for accommodation to be present at the show.
"We did everything to get it ready in time. I was awake 30 hours in a row to save the production, but we ran out of time and the show was not ready."

The singer also apologized to the fans who had already come to town for the show: "I'm sorry it's at the last minute, I'm really embarrassed and apologize to everyone who went."
Regarding setting new dates, the singer said: "We will reschedule everything, we are taking care of it now. I will complete the tour, we have dealt with so many glitches and we want him to be as he should be, he just was not ready."
Fans are furious
Some fans expressed support for the decision on social media, but many fans were outraged at the late announcement, especially because of the financial losses.
A fan who was already on her way to Las Vegas heard about the cancellation through social media and was furious about it.
"Why was she waiting for the last minute?" She told the BBC.
"I understand it's a call no artist wants to make, but she knew the show would not be ready in time. Her lack of warning is frustrating."
Another fan also spoke to the BBC network, when she was on her way with her twin sister to the show: "It's a slap in the face for us, cancel like that at the last minute."
Other fans said they paid huge sums for the show and the expenses around it, which sometimes amounted to $ 8,000.
"If she had announced a few days earlier, we could have received partial refunds, now it's lost."
