The Prime Minister, Mario Draghi, has signed the Dpcm which indicates the commercial activities in which from February 1st it will be possible to continue to access without a green pass: in the list the supermarkets and food shops, pharmacies, parapharmacies, health, opticians, l '' purchase of fuel, products for animals and for heating.
Without a pass it will also be possible to enter the judicial or public security offices to file complaints.
It will not be possible to go to a post office to collect your pension if you do not have a green pass. This is what the Dpcm signed by Prime Minister Mario Draghi provides, which defines the list of essential activities which can be accessed from 1 February without the certificate. Therefore, the provision included in the draft was skipped, with which the "essential and primary needs" were considered "essential and urgent needs" connected to the collection, at the branches of Poste Italiane Spa and authorized credit institutions, of pensions or emoluments however denominated not subject to the obligation of accreditation ".
"We are not aware of the measures of the new Dpcm except from the press reports but we hope that common sense is used.
