Without the green pass it will be possible to go to the hypermarkets to shop but it will not be allowed to buy non-primary goods.

Or you can go to the police station, but only to file a complaint and not to renew your passport: the government closes the Dpcm with the list of essential services and activities to access which the green certificate will not be needed, introducing the possibility that even in these contexts are carried out by the shop owners by random checks, to prevent the rule from being circumvented by no vaxes.

Green pass: Giovannini, State will not challenge the ordinances on the smaller islands

parapharmacies and other items "specialized in the sale of medical, orthopedic and optical items, including those not subject to medical prescription".

As for health needs, the draft states that "access is always allowed for the supply of drugs and medical devices and, in any case, to health and social and health structures as well as to veterinary ones for all purposes of prevention, diagnosis and treatment" .

Without the pass, you will also be able to go to the offices of the police forces and those of the local police forces to "ensure the carrying out of institutional activities that cannot be postponed", "for the prevention and repression of offenses" as well as to report a crime or request an intervention to protect minors. Finally, the possibility of entering post offices and banks has also been confirmed, but only to collect "pensions or emoluments not subject to the obligation of accreditation".

The measures will be in force from the effective date of the Dpcm and in any case no later than 1 February, when the pass is mandatory for shops, banks, post offices and public offices. Date on which the duration of the green pass will also change - which will go from 9 to 6 months - and a series of bans introduced with the Christmas Eve decree will end: without an extension, in fact, the outdoor mask will no longer be mandatory in white area, it will be possible to return to organize parties and discos will reopen, all measures that expire on January 31st.

In addition, the government is also thinking about

refreshments.

Aid for about 360 million to a series of activities in crisis due to anti-Covid restrictions,

from discos to swimming pools to the textile supply chain:

according to what is learned from government sources, among the measures developed by Mise for the new decree with the refreshments there will be 200 million in 2022 for the most impacted activities and another 160 million that will partly go to refinance the ad hoc fund to support these activities and partly to other aid mechanisms such as the tax credit.
