(ANSA) - TRIESTE, 22 JAN - The Public Prosecutor's Office of Udine has opened a proceeding for the hypothesis of manslaughter at the time of the charge of the legal representative, as employer, regarding the incident that took place in the Burimecdi Lauzacco plant, in which he lost life the young intern Lorenzo Parelli.
In a note, the Prosecutor underlines the "need to carry out unrepeatable verification activities in the form guaranteed by law, in order to achieve a complete reconstruction of the dynamics of the fatal accident".
