Today, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced the postponement of exams in all universities and institutes during the period extending from Sunday 23-1-2022 until Thursday, 27-1-2022.
The ministry indicated, in a statement that SANA received a copy of, that a later date will be set for these exams from universities and institutes.
The Presidency of the Council of Ministers issued a statement earlier that included the disruption of public authorities from tomorrow, Sunday, until next Thursday, in order to take all possible measures to ensure an appropriate response to the prevailing weather conditions, as well as to secure the largest possible amount of available energy carriers and allocate them to serve citizens in light of the prevailing weather conditions. In various governorates, and in light of the reality of the available quantities of materials needed for heating, which were restricted by the unjust economic measures against Syria.
