The chairman of the Association of Renovation Contractors, Eran Sib, is coming out this morning (Sunday) against the cancellation of TMA 38, a cancellation that will take effect this October.
"The only people who were not satisfied with NAP 38 are the mayors who did not see good enough profits from the projects," he claims.
With the announcement of the first earthquake in Israel for 2022 tonight, Eran Sib, chairman of the Association of Renovation Contractors A. 38, which is expected to be repealed as early as this coming October.
According to Fiber, canceling the program will be a cry for generations and may even endanger human lives in both the near and distant future.

The Association of Renovation Contractors has eight more than 1,800 registered renovation contractors in Israel, who say that according to expert estimates, the work cycle of TMA 38 currently constitutes more than ten percent of the renovation industry as a whole. 85% of the occupants of the buildings in TMA 38 projects continue to renovate their homes during the works.
"People forget that after two years of Corona, two years in which we fought to be a vital industry, there was a decline of tens of percent in the industry, people were afraid to bring home renovation contractors following the epidemic and preferred to renovate themselves," says Sib and adds : "The damage to the industry is part of a greater damage to a variety of professional owners such as lawyers, appraisers, importers, contractors and more who make a living from various TMA 38 projects."
