The EU Commissioner for the Economy Gentiloni will speak at the Rome office DIRECT inside (ANSA) On Monday 24 January 2022 the European Commissioner for Economy Paolo Gentiloni will speak at the Inauguration of the Academic Year 2021/2022 at the Rome branch of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, which will take place, starting at 10.30, in the Auditorium of the University. The inaugural ceremony will be preceded, at 9.00 am, by the celebration of the Holy Mass, presided over by Card


On Monday 24 January 2022 the European Commissioner for Economy Paolo Gentiloni will speak at the Inauguration of the Academic Year 2021/2022 at the Rome branch of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, which will take place, starting at 10.30, in the Auditorium of the University.



The inaugural ceremony will be preceded, at 9.00 am, by the celebration of the Holy Mass, presided over by Cardinal Giovanni Battista Re, Dean of the College of Cardinals, at the Central Church of the See.



At 10.30, in the Auditorium, the Rector of the Catholic University Franco Anelli will deliver the inaugural speech. The report by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery Rocco Bellantone will follow.


The lecture notes are entrusted to professors Stanislao Rizzo, full professor of Diseases of the visual apparatus ("Artificial Vision: dream or reality?") And Franco Locatelli, full professor of Pediatrics ("Gene therapy and genome editing in hemoglobinopathies: precision medicine models" ).
