, was accused of sexual assault by women he worked with. Avital hurried to leave the country and although 26 complaints have been filed against him with the police, he is in no hurry to return and take responsibility for his actions.
In recent days, a number of people in the modeling industry have told Walla! Celebs that according to them, Avital continues to run his business remotely and returned to running a modeling agency from his seat abroad. Last December it was reported that he lived in Hungary, having also stayed in Turkey and Turkish Cyprus.
"Shay made a comeback under the radar," said a senior in the fashion industry.
"He has opened a new agency that he manages remotely. The one who is at the forefront is the agent who has worked with him at 'Elite' all these years, and they run all the little models, the ones who are not celebs so the media does not notice."

"Obviously, all the models on the site. Call to order a model and the agent who worked all those years as a partner will answer. Not working - a partner," said a senior cowboy at a modeling agency in Israel.
"In short, it's a big circus. There's a comeback here. The partner is back, the girls are back, everything is back. Just where is Shai?"

Celebs and told that Avital asked for pictures of reality star and model Gal Gvaram, who also filed a complaint with the police.
According to one of the photographers, Shai approached him and asked for specific photos of Gvaram from an event she had attended with her mother, after he allegedly sexually assaulted her.
As of the publication of this article, no response has been received from Avital, Shashi Gaz and Sharon Nahari's lawyers.
