But - no more.
While most of us prepare the peppers by cutting them in half and digging with the hand or with the knife to remove all the seeds.- Obviously this is a very dirty approach that leaves our fingers sticky and the chopping board full of residue.

The tiktok user @ AA10430 uploaded a video in which he shows the way to cut the pepper without getting involved with the kernels.
In the video, he used a sharp knife to make three cuts around the red pepper.
The cuts were not too deep so the knife only cut the vegetable on the same side but not the entire length.
Next, with the help of the hand, he pulls out the parts of the pepper so that the seeds are left on only one part.
Finally, in one sharp motion, he plucks all the seeds with the remains of the stem out of the remaining piece, and is left with three clean pieces of pepper.
Our lives are divided into before and after we have learned this trick.
