Kaufland has opened another store - in the Nintendo Switch game Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
The focus is on sustainability.
Animal Crossing: New Horizons* is one of the most popular Nintendo Switch games ever.
Since the release in March 2020, players have been motivated to constantly expand and beautify their virtual islands.
The life simulation has already cast a spell on some celebrities, for example "The Lord of the Rings" star Elijah Wood.
Grocery retailer Kaufland also recently designed its own “Animal Crossing” island and brought it into play.
