(ANSA) - OSLO, 24 JAN - Talks between Italian Afghans and Western diplomats, including Italians, have begun in Oslo on the humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan, where millions of people are at risk of hunger: the foreign ministry has announced this.
These are representatives from the United States, France, Germany, Italy, the European Union and Norway.
The Taliban delegation, led by Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi, met various representatives of Afghan civil society in the Norwegian capital yesterday, to discuss human and civil rights as well.
