Covid: 77,696 positive, over 10 million infected

(ANSA) - ROME, JANUARY 24 - Since the beginning of the pandemic, over 10 million Italians have been infected by Covid: according to data from the Ministry of Health, they are 10,001,344, in fact one in six. The currently positive are 2,709,857, with a decrease of 25,049 in the last 24 hours while the dead are 143,875. Idimessi and the healed are instead 7,147,612, with an increase of 102,363 compared to yesterday. In the last 24 hours the new cases have been 77,696, the victims 352. The positivity rate is 15%, stable compared to 14.9% yesterday. There are 519,293 molecular and antigenic buffers for the coronavirus carried out in the last 24 hours. There are 1,685 intensive therapies, the same number as yesterday in the balance between entries and exits. The daily admissions are 101.
