Farewell to Thierry Mugler, the French designer, creator of an unmistakable feminine style, dedicated to strong and dominating women, who are not afraid to wear cybor-corsets, latex dresses or insect outfits.
An example of a representative woman of the Mugler style is undoubtedly Madonna: for a decade, starting from the mid-eighties, and perhaps even today, the pop star embodied the archetype of the dominating woman, combining her songs from mischievous lyrics to a brand new look, very sexy, in which the corset played the lion's share, highlighting her petite and busty body.
Thierry Mugler, who died on Sunday 23 January, of "natural causes" at the age of 73, is in fact one of the designers who have created most of the bustiers worn by the star on tour.
