Congratulations to Shlomi Shaban, who was chosen as the winner of the Meir Ariel Mayor's Award for Creativity in the Hebrew Language.
The "Leshon Rishon" conference, to be held on February 8-10, 2022, at the Rishon Lezion Hall of Culture, will present the Mayor's Award, in the amount of NIS 36,000, intended to express appreciation for a prominent work of art in the Hebrew language that left its mark or made the Hebrew language accessible. For large and diverse audiences, Ben will win an award for a musical career that includes many songs whose main Hebrew is Hebrew.
