Not just in the summer.

Especially when it's cold, it's fun to comfort yourself with a pampering quiche with berry cheese and nuts (Photo: Alon Mesika)

Unlike us Israelis, in cold European countries not only in summer when it is hot they enjoy a cheese meal, but also in winter and especially when it is cold.

So the fat cheeses go into hot or roasted fondues like the Swiss Heracloth cheese.

Next to a glass of red wine, there is no wonderful pleasure from it.

The tap in front of you is also a real treat every season, studded with large chunks of delicious and fat berry cheese along with walnuts.

On one side you can feel the softness of the melted cheese and on the other side the crunchy crunch of the nuts.

Along with fresh vegetables it is a family meal which is a wonderful celebration.
