, a documentary dedicated to the rapper.
Directed by Clarence "Coodie" Simmons, filmmaker and friend of the rapper, the project is the result of 320 hours of archives and looks back on twenty years of career.
In 1998, the two met at a party in Chicago.
Three years later, Simmons decides to follow Kanye West, producer for the title

Broken down into three episodes, only the first part of the documentary was shown at the Sundance Film Festival last Sunday, an edition held online this year due to the pandemic. The main interested party was in Paris to attend the first parades of Fashion Week. Not sure that this broadcast delighted Kanye West, who is now called Ye. The latter asked a few days earlier for a right to look at

, before it was put online next month.
