(ANSA) - MADRID, 25 JAN - The death toll in Spain is now eight after a fire broke out in a retirement home in Monza, a town near Valencia last week.
This was reported by various media, explaining that in the last few hours one of the people still hospitalized following the stake died.
In the first hours after the fire, which developed on the night of last Tuesday and Wednesday, 6 victims were reported.
A seventh person died on Sunday.
From the first surveys of the Guardia Civil, it had emerged that a possible cause of the fire could be an electrical fault.
According to the Efe news agency, at least six people are still hospitalized.
