(ANSA) - ROME, JANUARY 26 - At the request of the minister of culture Dario Franceschini, the ministry of culture has started the procedures for the recognition of the annuity provided by the Bacchelli law to the teacher Roberto De Simone.
It is learned from environments close to the dicastery of the Roman College.
According to the provisions of the 1985 law, the ball passes to the advisory commission (the Bacchelli commission) in charge of assessing whether the requirement of clarification is respected.
The granting of the grant, approved by the Council of Ministers following the approval of the commission, is attributed by Decree of the President of the Republic and communicated to the President of the Chamber of Deputies and of the Senate of the Republic.
The maximum annual amount of the annuity is 24 thousand euros. The benefit can be revoked in the event that the state of necessity ceases or there are definitive criminal convictions that lead to disqualification from public offices.
