“Considering that the high level of circulation of the Omicron variant of the Sars-cov-2 virus requires particular vigilance in the school environment, while avoiding, as much as possible, class closures;
that the provision of means of screening to the personnel of the first and second degree establishments of national education who so wish is likely to contribute to this;
(that) it is therefore appropriate to set up a system for the free delivery of self-tests for these personnel, supported by the State”, explains the decree.
Delivered on February 1st in pharmacies
How to benefit from it?
From February 1, these tests will be made available in pharmacies and given on presentation of an identity document and a nominative certificate of issue given by the employer.
Until January 31, only two self-tests will be issued.
According to the situation update of January 21, in the educational staff, 30,774 people contracted Covid-19, which represents 2.56% of the total staff.
