From time to time we feel like coloring and surprising and this is exactly the moment for a good fish dish, like the glitter in the oven that Nicky offers us in a particularly precise and delicious dish, with aromas that will leave nothing on the plates around the table.
And when you prepare a fine fish dish, you must have fresh and juicy fish, one that can be found in the "Pavilion Wines" branches, where the experts will help you choose the fish that best suits the type of dish you want to prepare, like halibut in this Nicky B oven and more.
