Ingredients

    • 3 whole fish for lightning

    • Currant parsley

    • 3 teaspoons crushed garlic

    • ¼ Olive oil

    • Ground black pepper

    • Salt

    • 1 large lemon

Preparation

How to prepare lightning in the oven?

  • 1 Soak the fish in lemon juice for about 30 minutes and rinse well

  • 2 Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  • 3 Mark four grooves in each fish, finely chop the parsley, add the garlic and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  • 4 Bake for about 20 minutes
