At Disney +, the streaming service of the Walt Disney Company, they confirm today (Wednesday) that this summer the service will be launched in 42 countries, including Israel and the territories of the Palestinian Authority.
Among the new countries are also South Africa, Turkey, Poland and the United Arab Emirates.
With exclusive original content and thousands of episodes of series and movies created by Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and Star, including general entertainment content, Disney + is a very successful streaming service.

Disney + is currently showing some of the most talked about series in the world, including "The Mandalorian" (which expands the Star Wars cinematic universe and whose two seasons were nominated for an Emmy Award for Best Drama Series), and "Wundhouse" (which focuses on two rather niche characters from the cinematic universe Of "Marvel" and which won praise from the floor), "The Falcon and the Winter Soldier", "Loki" and "Hawkeye".
The streaming service also featured the program "High School Musical: The Series," which stars singer Olivia Rodrigo.
The service is also a success in the film industry: the recording of Hamilton's live performance has become a hysterical phenomenon around the world, and Pixar's "Luka" and "Soul" have become big, award-winning hits.
The field of specials has also gained considerable respect, thanks in part to "Black Is King", Beyoncé's musical film, and Billy Aylish's live performance film.
In Israel, similar to selected international markets, the service also includes the general entertainment category.
Under the Star category, Disney + offers the newest titles of 20th Century Studios, Disney TV Studios, FX, Searchlight Pictures, and more.
Like other streaming giants such as Netflix, the service includes content without commercials, and offers original and exclusive content, alongside movies, drama series, documentaries, comedies, animation and short-form content.
