Ingredients
For crispy dough:
2 cups flour (280 g)
1 bag of baking powder (10 g)
6 tablespoons sugar
200 grams of cold butter cut into cubes
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
4 egg yolks
For cream cheese and cream:
500 ml for 38% sweet cream
1 cup white cheese 9%
1 pack Vanilla Instant Pudding (80 g)
5 tablespoons sugar
1 bag vanilla sugar (10 g)

Preparing the dough:
In a food processor or mixer with a guitar hook, place all the dough ingredients except the egg yolks.
Process until you get crumbs (like couscous), add the egg yolks and process only until you get lumps of dough.
2 Flatten the dough on the bottom of a lightly greased pan or lined with 28 cm diameter baking paper (no need to stick to the sides as in the pie. The dough is at the bottom only). Perforate with a fork and bake at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes until the dough is golden. Cool completely.

Make cheese cream and cream:
In a mixer with the whipping balloon, beat cream, sugar, vanilla sugar and instant pudding until a stable whipped cream is obtained.
Fold in the white cheese with a spatula until a uniform mixture is obtained.
4 Transfer the bottom of the pan to a serving plate, arranging the cream so that there are a few edges of dough left on the sides.
Cut strawberries into quarters and arrange loosely so that it covers the cream.
