The following options are good for beginners who don't yet have a high tolerance for cold:

  • Daily contrast showers, alternating between hot and cold.

  • Quick walks in the fresh air (even when it's particularly cold!)

  • Outdoor sports such as jogging or hiking

  • Sauna sessions with alternating stays in the fresh air
