The Ministry of Health published tonight (Saturday) data on the spread of the corona plague, according to which 1,213 patients are hospitalized in critical condition in the corona wards - this is a record since the outbreak in Israel in March 2020. However, the infection rate is 0.88.
According to the data, 37,977 new corona carriers were discovered in Israel yesterday, with the percentage of positive tests standing at 25.49%.
From midnight to 7 p.m., another 9,503 people were verified.
As mentioned, today a record was broken in the number of patients in critical condition.
The previous record was broken on January 17, 2021, during the third wave, when 1,193 hospitalized in corona wards were hospitalized in critical condition.
