DHL messenger refuses to deliver package with honest message - "The only reason I let go"

It's a kind of classic among the quirky DHL notes on the internet: a messenger left a customer a note on which he explained that he couldn't deliver her package.
Abtsgmünd - If a package could not be delivered, it was often because the recipient was not at home.
However, there was another reason for a DHL courier who was supposed to leave a shipment at a drop-off location - and he also openly stated the real reason for this on a note sent to the customer.

A photo of this notification note was shared back in 2019 on the social media app Jodel, which is mainly used by students.
Accordingly, the incident occurred in Abtsgmünd, a municipality in Baden-Württemberg.
And among the many unusual DHL notes circulating on the internet, it's almost a kind of classic.
It reads: "Dear Ms. [...], I regret to inform you that your package could not be deposited at the storage location. There was a
fat spider on the door handle to the garage
. I hope you understand. Mfg "
And the courier actually appreciates understanding. For example, in the comments below the post, which was also shared on Facebook, a user says: "I gave out magazine subscriptions as a teenager. And once there was a huge spider right next to the mailbox. Then I rang the bell and handed in the magazine personally. Can understand the supplier very, very well.” Another user agrees: “Ey, honestly, if there is a fat spider sitting there, then I would understand.” Another tagged an acquaintance and wrote: “One understanding for DHL -Employee." Another user does the same, writing to a Facebook friend: "Great - that's the only reason I can let it go if my package is brought to a packing station."
However, there are also users who seem to feel sorry for the spider: "And the spider is now very sad because the eightfold gloves she ordered from Amazon are simply not delivered.
Does anyone have any idea how difficult it is to order something like this as a spider?

Of course, it is not confirmed that it is not a fake.
Whether real or not - the DHL note caused a lot of amusement on Facebook and has now been liked around 8,400 times and shared more than 200 times (as of February 1, 2022).
