As part of the collaboration between Netflix and Sam Spiegel Incubator for the series, the streaming giant will award the Outstanding Project a series development award that will allow the winner to advance the script.
In addition, as part of Grow Creative, Netflix's global flagship program for training and development, American producer and screenwriter Jill Condon (one of the writers of the beloved mythological series "Friends") will be hosted at the incubator, providing artistic accompaniment to participants.
Netflix support also includes the participation fee for all Sam Spiegel Incubator participants for the series.
Sam Spiegel's incubator aims to support a variety of voices and encourages the application of projects that speak local languages such as Arabic, Amharic, Russian, Yiddish and Hebrew.
The culmination of the incubator will be a graduation event where the projects will be exposed to key people from the international arena.
