Rainbow International will produce for Disney + a series about Mip Hess - a Righteous Among the Nations who hid Anne Frank and her family from the Nazis.
Rainbow Studios - the studios of Rainbow International in Los Angeles - will produce in a production line with ABC Signature Studios a series called A Small Light the series on the Dutch Chis.
She is also the one who presented to the world the diary of Anne Frank, which she found in the hiding place after Frank and her family were arrested by the Nazis.

Hiss passed away in 2010 at the age of 100, after her heroic story was a source of inspiration to many people around the world.
The name of the series is taken from one of Hess' most quoted sayings: "I do not want to be called a heroine; no one should ever think that you have to be special to help others. Even a secretary, a housewife or a girl can turn on a small light in a dark room."
The screenwriters of the series will be John Reiter and Tony Flan ("Grey's Anatomy").
Golden Globe winner Susanna Fogel ("Woods the Night," "The Stewardess") will direct a number of episodes.
