EU in Moscow, 'ready for dialogue on security, including at the OSCE'

(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, FEBRUARY 09 - "The European Union, together with NATO partners, is ready to continue the dialogue with Russia on ways to strengthen the security of all" and believes that "the OSCE is the appropriate forum to address concerns security of all interested parties, incompatibility with other existing formats, including the NATO-Russia Council ".

This was supported by a letter prepared by the European diplomatic service, on behalf of all member countries, seen by ANSA.

The document follows up on Moscow's recent request for clarification, which however required responses from "individual states".
