Bladder cancer has been diagnosed in party singer Mickie Krause and has already been operated on.

“I face this story, this sad fact that I have cancer.

But I'm a strong person, a strong man.

I'll get out of there," said the 51-year-old in a video published on Vox.de on Wednesday.

According to this, the tumor in the bladder was found during the shooting of the Vox show “Showtime of my life – Stars against cancer”.

In the program, which will be broadcast from February 15, celebrities want to draw attention to the topic of cancer prevention - among other things with a jointly rehearsed striptease choreography.

But the candidates' own cancer screening at the doctor's is also supported.

"I'm definitely not healed yet"

»In retrospect, I am very grateful that I made this provision.

Because if I hadn't done it – who knows what would have happened to me in half a year,” said Ballermann icon Krause in the Vox clip.

He was operated on shortly after the show finale was recorded.

He is doing well, he survived the operation very well.

"I'm definitely not cured yet," he said.

The diagnosis is still too recent for that.

Another operation is to follow at the end of February.

»They check: Is something still hidden somewhere?

Have you overlooked a tumor somewhere?” Krause said.

After that, a course of therapy lasting several weeks begins.
