At first, Rubel did not address the allegations that were spread against her and dealt with a particularly sensitive issue, but in the last few minutes she decided to respond to the issue through her lawyer, Adir Mazuz.
"Over the last few days we have witnessed a vile attempt to intimidate my sender, and cause her to withdraw from her justified claim, by distributing a fake paternity test to various media outlets.

Last December, the model said that she suffered violence from Ben Moshe while the two were in a relationship.

Later, Yaniv uploaded a document of a quarrel that existed between him and Rubel to his Instagram account and even stopped paying alimony claiming that she was using the money for herself, and not for their joint daughter.
