At the end of the interview, there is traditionally time for questions from the applicants.
Responding correctly can leave a lasting impression.
Job interviews serve to get to know the applicant better as a person and to put their professional competence to the test.
But the candidates should also gain insights into the new job and the workplace during the interview.
To ensure that no points remain unanswered, applicants can ask questions at the end of the interview.
They should too, because if you don't ask questions, HR managers will quickly come across as unmotivated.
Experts have revealed which applicant questions are really useful at the end of the interview – and at the same time leave a good impression.
1. "When and how would you know I was doing a good job?"
Career advisor Bernd Slaghuis advises on this question on his blog.
In his experience, questions about personal and professional development
are important future topics for applicants.
"So use the interview to assess what career paths and perspectives there are in the company and how your employer will support your development," advises the coach.

2. "How would you describe the company culture?"
According to Amy Hoover, former deputy managing director of Talent Zoo, this question gives a
good insight into the company philosophy of the potential employer, reports

magazine
.
How aware are his employees?
Is employee satisfaction valued here?
From the answer you can deduce whether you would feel comfortable in this job.
3. "Are there any questions I can answer for you?"
The person you are talking to will appreciate this offer, reveals long-time HR consultant Bill York in an interview with
Businessinsider.
This question is also a good chance to score points with potential employers.
If he says, for example, "Can you go into more detail about your tasks in area XY?", you can answer points that are still unclear and thus sharpen your profile.
