This coming weekend, from Wednesday to Friday, the bakery branches from r2m will celebrate a 16th birthday celebration, or Sweet Sixteen as it is commonly said, and trust these guys that if anyone understands birthday celebrations - it is them.

Ingredients
Ingredients for two bases
Spoon chocolate 53%
As a sweet cream
½ as a honeycomb
a cup of flour
3 tablespoons
½ Cup sugar
As a baking soda
As a baking powder
Pinch of salt
½ Sour cream
½ Cup of espresso
⅓ Whipped cream
½ Egg
Teaspoon vanilla puree (or vanilla extract)
To fill:
4 tablespoons sweet cream
6 tablespoons 53% chocolate
½ as honey
For pink coating
270 grams sweet cream (cup + two tablespoons)
160 g white chocolate (cup)
A drop of red food coloring
For decoration
Colored candies

Preparation
How to make a pink chocolate cake for a birthday?
1 Prepare the cake bases: On a Ben Marie, melt together a tablespoon of chocolate, a tablespoon of sweet cream and half a teaspoon of honey.
2 Mix in a bowl all the dry ingredients of the cake base (flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt).
3 In a separate bowl mix all the wet (sour cream, espresso, oil, eggs and vanilla).
4 Pour the ganache into a mixer bowl with a guitar hook, and assimilate the wet ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients and mix until uniform overnight.
5 Pour the batter into two 18-diameter rings, and bake at 160 degrees, 20 minutes (or until the toothpick test).

Preparing the filling:
On Ben Marie, make ganache from the filling ingredients (chocolate, sweet cream and honey).

Assembly:
Pour the filling between the two layers of the cake, and put it to rest in the refrigerator.

Preparation of the coating:
Boil the first amount of cream (cup + two tablespoons), and pour over the white chocolate.
9 Grind with a hand mixer, and fold in the rest of the sweet cream (half a cup).
10 Add a drop of food coloring and fold until the preferred shade is obtained.
11 Coat the cake and sprinkle with colored candies.
