These are the signs of your baby's fatigue
Sleep is an acquired action, and in order for our baby to sleep well (and so do we) we need to teach him to do it right.
And it starts with correctly identifying the moments of fatigue.
This is how it is done

Contrary to what most people think, sleep is an acquired and learned action.
The baby learns to sleep just as he learns to lie on his stomach or lift and lay his head down, and you are the ones who will help him learn how to sleep.
Michal Alon
, an infant development specialist, teaches yoga and baby massage classes and a sleep consultant, notes that the most important thing you can do for your baby, when you come to teach him to acquire sleeping skills, is to create a proper sleeping environment for him.
Such an environment is based on what happens when the baby is awake, and what happens when he gets tired.

Provide stimuli during activity hours
It is important that you maintain an organized agenda that is adapted to the motor and developmental stage of the baby, with the emphasis on activity hours.
These stimuli, which you will provide to the baby during the day, will directly affect the acquisition of his sleeping abilities, even at night.
Get to know the signs of fatigue and respond to them as soon as
possible In addition to organizing the agenda and paying attention to the stimuli during it, in order to create a healthy sleeping routine for the baby you need to know his signs of fatigue - and listen to them.
These are the common signs of fatigue in infants:
● Rubbing the eyebrows or eyes
● Rubbing the eyes
● Pulling the ear
● Pulling hair
● Arching and straightening the legs
● Yawning
● Avoid eye contact (when the baby already knows how to make eye contact)
Stimuli during the day affect sleep at night.

Once you have identified signs of fatigue, it is time to put it to sleep.
It is important not to procrastinate and react quickly when you are convinced that the baby is tired, as this is the higher chance of falling asleep faster.
Of course every baby has its own signs, do you know the signs of your baby's fatigue?
The Jama app was established with the aim of addressing mothers of babies from birth to age three, and centralizing for them content, activities, tips from experts and videos that will accompany them throughout this challenging period.
All the content in the app "grows" together with the baby and is precisely adapted to its developmental stages, so that the mothers receive only what is relevant to them and interests them at any given moment.
The Jama app is the place for mothers in Israel to meet and get to know other mothers around them, and create new and exciting friendships in the fascinating journey.
