Pudding oats take the classic porridge to a new level.
Anyone who wants to lose excess pounds is looking for them: the recipes that taste good, fill you up for a long time and still don't hit your hips.

pudding oats
, a mixture of the now modern oatmeal or porridge and pudding.
They are mainly eaten for breakfast, but are also suitable as a
sweet yet light snack
between meals.
Pudding oats: That's why you can lose weight with the dessert
The oat flakes contained in the pudding oats keep the
blood sugar level stable
and therefore full for a long time, just like the pectin from the apple.
The pudding powder gives the porridge a creamy consistency that makes the meal appear richer.
The low-fat dairy products and the alternative sweetener save calories and fat.

Lose weight with pudding oats: You need these ingredients
1 apple
0.5 pack vanilla pudding powder (alternatively: chocolate pudding powder)
125 ml semi-skimmed milk (or milk alternative)
125ml water
1 tbsp liquid sweetener (alternative: a sweetener of your choice)
34 g tender rolled oats
1 tsp ground cinnamon
100 g low-fat quark (alternatively: skyr, low-fat yoghurt)
optional: 1 banana or other fresh fruit

This is how you prepare pudding oats quickly and easily
Peel, quarter and core the apple and cut into small cubes or grate.
Dissolve the custard powder and sweetener in the milk and water.
Mix the apple, oat flakes, cinnamon and the mixed pudding powder in a saucepan and let everything boil up briefly and then simmer on a low flame for about five minutes.
Stir constantly so that nothing sticks.
When the oat flakes are nicely swollen, pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in the low-fat quark.

You can enjoy the pudding oats warm, or
prepare them in the evening for the next day

You can decide whether you stir in the low-fat quark directly or just before eating.
If you like, you can also spread banana slices on the pudding oats or vary the porridge with other fresh fruits.
