The Ministry for Ecological Transition has published the Decree n.548 of last December 28 for the adoption of the Plan.
The provision, of a single article, identifies the areas where it will be possible to restart exploration and extraction of hydrocarbons, effectively suspending the 2019 moratorium. with a view to stricter criteria of environmental respect and decarbonisation and of the Italian commitment within the framework of the Paris agreements.
