The number of active corona carriers in Israel continues to decline and now stands at 294,454 people, according to data on the morbidity of the virus published tonight (Saturday) by the Ministry of Health.
Currently, 1,048 patients in critical condition are hospitalized, including 270 respirators and 22 patients connected to Acme.
According to data from the Ministry of Health as of 18:08 tonight, the coefficient of infection stands at 0.74.
This is a decrease of 0.02 compared to the previous report of the ministry.
Yesterday, 22,360 new carriers were identified in Israel, which is 22.76 percent of 111,900 new tests.
Today, 5,057 new carriers have been identified in Israel.
4,175 medical staff are currently in isolation, including 651 doctors and 1,347 nurses.
This figure also fell sharply.
The total number of deaths from the virus now stands at 9,434 people.
Last weekend, another 35 deaths were reported.
