Demonstrate the love for your sweetheart with a Tiramisù on Valentine's Day: this is what the Tiramisù World Cup offers, which organized two "romantic cooking-classes" with the 2021 dessert champions, Elena Bonali (creative recipe) and Stefano Serafini (original recipe) for the feast of lovers.
The champions will guide the couples in the preparation of the spoon dessert made with mascarpone, egg yolks, sugar, ladyfingers, coffee, unsweetened cocoa powder.
The course, lasting one hour, can be given to one's "other half", or to be spent together, learning the secrets of Tiramisu in two.
